I receive the error message "This application requires a newer version of the Microsoft .NET Compact Framework than the version installed on this device."

Prior to installing VmailFix, you will need to download and install the Microsoft .NET Compact Framework 2.0 (Service Pack 2) onto your Pocket PC. 

How do I uninstall VmailFix?

To uninstall VmailFix from your device:

• Click Start > Settings
• Click on the System Tab
• Select Remove Programs
• Select "Lyon Solution Services VmailFix" and tap Remove.

To uninstall VmailFix from both your device and your desktop computer:

• Open Microsoft ActiveSync on your desktop
• Choose Tools > Add/Remove Programs
• Select "Lyon Solution Services VmailFix" and click on Remove.
